Trinidad & Tobago have been a surprise talent found in the Champions League 2009. The Caribbean team started their campaign as underdogs and went on to demolish every other team they faced to be in the remaining four. Yet, their real challenge would start now in fact their toughest encounter would be against the South African based Cape Cobras to earn a berth in the Champions League Twenty20 cricket tournament 2009 finals
Adrian Barath and William Perkins has been a great opening pair up for the Trinidad and Pollard made his mark with his willow wielding antics and so Navin Stewart who had been amazing with his sixes and fours rain in the previous match. You cannot underwrite Darren Ganga and his contribution as well as Bravo brothers’. Bravo also took 10 wickets in the tournament so far and he will look forward to add more to his total.
The Cape Cobras bowlers should not give the Caribbean batsman to settle and stay attacking from the word go. The Cobras also have tremendous strength in their batting in skipper Andrew Puttick, J P Duminy and also Henry Davids.
